Mr. Duncan has been recognized for his service as the 2025 DeKalb School of the Arts STAR (Student and Teacher Achievement Recognition) Teacher and the 2026 DeKalb School of the Arts Teacher of the Year. Mr. Duncan holds degrees in Music Education and Conducting from the University of Kentucky, Campbellsville University, and Auburn University. In addition to his work in education, he is an active performer with the Atlanta Master Chorale and the Orpheus Men’s Ensemble of Georgia. He also serves as the Choir and Orchestra Director at Dunwoody Baptist Church and as the bass-baritone staff singer at Dunwoody United Methodist Church.</image:caption>
